Hi Everyone..

Now we are up and running with our blog..we are going to try keep you updated on all the events and on goings here at African Dream Horse Safari.

My name is Charlie, and I feel privileged to say that I am one of the first students to have been allowed to stay with African Dream!

Last week we were lucky enough to be leaving bush camp, when we heard a rumbling in the distance... So we decided to investigate and stumbled across 7 of the lions that live on the game farm, having just killed a Wildebeest.  We must have found them about a minute after they killed the Wildebeest, and we managed to watch the lions feed for the next couple of hours.  After we finished watching them, and they went off for a snooze in the shade away from the African sun, we continued with our busy day of work, which consisted of trying to find the breeding herd of buffalo so that we could identify them and sex the herd.  Unfortunately we didn't manage to find them but we did have a very enjoyable walk in the bush!
